Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://4950-beta0-enterprise.demo.design.infor.com/components/searchfield/example-index.html
2. Enter 2323232323232387382382738273827382738 in the field
3. Hover over the clear button
4. See error

Expected behavior
Hover state should not be blocking the end of the text
