cannot connect to reactotron app and TypeError: Cannot set property 'importedAll' of undefined

I followed up with https://github.com/infinitered/reactotron/blob/master/docs/quick-start/react-native.md#installing-reactotronapp to install for an iOS app.

And when I catch the error in

  import("./ReactotronConfig")
    .then(() => console.log("Reactotron Configured"))

It says that

TypeError: Cannot set property 'importedAll' of undefined

Can anybody please help? I have done everything as described in the link https://github.com/infinitered/reactotron/blob/master/docs/quick-start/react-native.md#installing-reactotronapp
