Also you can please suggest a recommended Wordpress and WooCommerce version?

I am facing some issues. I would you like to try in the suggested version before reporting them.

I am getting this error while running 'npm install' after cloning.

Can someone help me understand why I am getting this error?

Hello there! Have you tried "yarn install" as instructed? That worked for me.
Also use the exact plugins from wordpress/plugins folder.
