Making prefix mandatory

Is there a possibility to make the selection of a prefix mandatory to create the topic, the same as title and text are always required?

hi @ramen100, I started a fork with mandatory prefixes (limits between 1 and 10, in fact) and a fixed HTML multi-selector (and the eventual goal to support tapatalk). It's a work in progress, but should work on a basic level - https://github.com/one10/prefixed
