Should ideally be done using #9, but could be we can implement this quickly without it

Real usecase right now (without #9) is to be able to build a "test bench" graph which loads images etc when developing subgraphs that are to be used in the server.

Should be possible to do this by a combination of #9 and the custom component support: writing serialized .json of subgraph into GEGL_PATH and triggering the op library to read it up again.
