Feature Request: Add configurable labels to PR

I would like to get some configuration to automatically add a label to a PR. This could be configured in the .imgbotconfig file with an array of prLabels. It would be useful to separate automatic PR's from user made PR's on bigger projects.

Hello, we reviewed this and actually tested the implementation for it https://github.com/imgbot/Imgbot/blob/master/CompressImagesFunction/CompressImages.cs#L106, but because adding this will send a notification to all users to add another permission to our app and there are not so many requests for it we decided to wait and see if there are more requests to it.

If there are other users who would like this feature please react to this comment and once we have a good number of requests for this feature we will sure add it.
