Split Order into Front/Back Matter

The Book doesn't have a clear front, main, and back matter section in the PDF build so we should fix that.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Split order.tex into the front and main matter.
• The front matter includes copyright, TOC, Acknowledgement, Preface (introduction) at the moment
• The main matter should rename background to introduction and write a proper introduction.
• Front matter numbering should be in roman numerals, main matter in arabic
• Back matter would include appendix and post mortems
• Have this display in the markdown build as well
