Todo add repro

MSB6006: mspdbcmf.exe exitcode 1106

[INFO] [msbuild] dll.pdb : fatal error CMF1106: failed to open input PDB file for reading (PDB error code = 13)

I don't really understand this, because I've never touched this side of Windows....... but I can find some stuff about certain versions of things not supporting Portable PDBs?
