Legend colour changed on its own when load saved layouts

steps to reproduce:

1. new layout
2. change top left legend colour
3. save layout
4. logout
5. login again
6. load layout

The same occurs for me. A portion of my layout (the right side of the split) has its default legend colour changed from black to blue (the same hue used elsewhere). (Because it is the default colour that changes it is quite a pain to change everything back.)

Issue occurs after every log in, with the same colours being mis-loaded.
