How to define custom margin when using batch color calibration

Dear All,

I am trying to batch calibrate images using the code proposed here: https://github.com/ij-plugins/ijp-color/wiki/ij_plugins/color/calibration/BatchCalibrationDemoJS.js . I am just wondering if there is a way to adapt this script to set a custom chip margin because the default for X-Rite Passport is 0 and it is not optimal.

Any ideas ?
