Download fails with "Virus scan failed" error

I am trying to download the IGV Windows with Java installer (https://data.broadinstitute.org/igv/projects/downloads/2.17/IGV_Win_2.17.4-WithJava-installer.exe). However, the download fails, and, in my Chrome download history, this download is flagged with the error "Virus scan failed". I also received a notification from McAfee saying the file was quarantined because of threat "ti!faf9598ee8bd". Have you seen this problem? Thanks!
