IGV config JSON schema

Hello,

We are in the process of switching our EPI2ME workflows/application over to IGV.

Does a schema exist for the IGV config JSON so that we can validate the configs our workflows produce?

Hi, sorry there is no schema. I assume you mean the genome configuration? It's a good idea, you can leave this open but I don't have an ETA for when I could get to it. In the meantime if you have questions post them here.
