Sashimi Plot Supporting Counts Label Visibility when Zoomed In #1514

The counts labels should be made visible at all zoom levels. For comparing a variable-length exon, the zoom needs to be high.

But, then, the supporting counts labels are not visible. This example is KIT at chr4:54703721-54703723 in hg38.
