Description
The Import command option --export-dna-files will export ignored P, Q and S measures to DNA format from DynaML, but will not export ignored directions (D)

Steps to reproduce
import -n test .\stn_20240429-103728.xml .\msr_20240429-103721.xml --export-dna-files

Expected behaviour
All ignored measures should be exported to the DNA format files

Ignored direction measures can be found in the DNA format files by using the Notepad++ regex search: D[*]
