Very big undertaking, but something I'd like to see eventually.

Figured out a plan for this, I'll re-arrange the Elm view code to a themes structure. Then people can add themes to the folder to include them in the app. You will need to rebuild the app if you want to include a new theme or change an existing one. The advantage of this is that the possibilities are endless, as opposed to working within a fixed theme structure.
