The question is now whether we're happy to just remove the dot, or whether something more dramatic is needed/recommended. It could also be a combination of both, especially if any individual function/method clashes with any other object in namespaces that are expected to coexist with iSEE on a regular basis.
Thanks again to reviewers for their comments. I've always meant to address those points when the situation would reach critical mass to make it worth a thorough sweep through the iSEE package ecosystem.
