Describe the bug

To Reproduce
Open sample application, click on teaching tooltip

Expected behavior
The arrow at the top should be right underneath toggling theme button.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Windows 11

The TeachingTip control is not completed yet.
We need help finishing this.
