Still not working on Windows10 in April '21

Maybe it's just an additional information to #12 ...

After starting the MS-Store-App an error-message is displayed, which says:

An error as occured acessing the server {0}
Parameter name: An error occurred while sending the request.

(see screenshot below)

After ignoring the error by clicking on the [close]-button, the dashboard of the app is looking like this:

When I try to use the login-feature, the app crashes without any message..

It would be so nice if you could fix the error and customize the app for Win10, because having a customized-app is so much nicer than using a bookmark to the browser-website..
