Add authentication settings #9

This is to add a UI to set authentication settings for the API calls.

For starters I imagine:

Basic
- username
- password
Bearer
- token
OAuth2 (optionally if not too complicated)

This will then be integrated with hypermedia-app/Alcaeus#62
