User registration if not exist, without filling the form

Actual Behavior

In this example, if the user does not exist, we redirect the user to the registration form with prefilled details.

Expected Behavior

Is it possible to register a user directly, instead of adding another step with a form? Because generally we implement the social media login to save time for users, and filling the form is an additional step.
