能否加入禁止微信自动更新的功能，老是旧版提示版本过低。 #709

用的是3.9.0.28版本，最近微信强制要求更新到最新版本，很烦人。扫码登录之后就会有提示，能否把微信这个提示也给去掉。

通用设置里面看看，有个有更新时自动升级选项
