(Suggestion) Display crate changelog on docs.rs

Hello,

rust-lang/rfcs/pull/2129 was never implemented. Similarly to the Feature Flags drop down on the docs page, would it maybe make sense to add a Changelog item that will display a rendered version of the crate's CHANGELOG.md file?
