Add a category on the website with games that support LAN multiplayer.

There are unofficial multiplayer game list that has been tested by PPSSPP users.

PS: It's missing the game Kenka Bancho, and Marvel Ultimate Alliance

Basically, if it works Online, it should works on LAN too.
But if it's only works on localhost (ie. Multiple instances), it may or may not works on LAN, depends on how high your latency and how reliable your connection are, as there are games that use a very small timeouts where timings issue could cause those timeouts to hit faster.
