What happens?

Based on the logs at https://github.com/hrydgard/ppsspp/actions/runs/8338119513/job/22817906752#step:6:3823

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\2022\Enterprise\MSBuild\Microsoft\VisualStudio\v17.0\AppxPackage\Microsoft.AppXPackage.Targets(4790,5): error APPX0108: The certificate specified has expired. For more information about renewing certificates, see http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=241478. [D:\a\ppsspp\ppsspp\UWP\UWP.vcxproj]

The certificate that came with PPSSPP repo seems to be expired.

Oh no, not again. gonna have to generate a 100 year cert or something :p
