What area of the game / PPSSPP

So, I used to play PPSSPP on a Win10 Home 64 bit laptop with i5 8300h and GTX 1060 Max Q 6GB, Vulkan. No worries everything works fine.
Now I use a Win11 Pro N 64 bit desktop, Ryzen 7 5700G & RX 7800 XT, Vulkan. Every game tested works fine apart from Burnout Legends which won't launch with Vulkan enabled (works with OpenGL, D3D9 & D3D11). With Vulkan it's instant crash.

What should happen

I just found what was the issue, I deleted the shader cache of this game (which was created on the laptop, I sync the PPSSPP folder between my PCs), but since the other games didn't trigger any issue despite having also a previously created shader cache, perhaps it would be interesting to raise an error (and suggestion to delete shader cache) instead of having PPSSPP crashing?

It seems it still has issues with Vulkan, it crashes when choosing a car. even with a fresh download of PPSSPP (with Vulkan).
