Currently volumes which are determined to be too large to fit into memory are hidden from the dropdown menu, leading to confusion from users. We should show all possible volumes in the UI, but gray out / disable selecting the volumes which are too large to load in memory. A tooltip when hovering the disabled options could have a small message with more details.
