reformat to fit awesome list format?

Hello! Sorry for such late reply. I am aware of Awesome lists and looked at them once more. Can you suggest me what changes should be done to fit GAN Zoo there?

Here are the changes I noted that should be done:

1. Put awesome in the name.

2. Not sure how/if the table of contents should be placed.

@hindupuravinash not sure on how to format it, https://github.com/sindresorhus/awesome/blob/master/awesome.md seems like the best place to start, then file a issue or PR to add it to the awesome list
