New reconnect option in system notification

Feature description

In the current version of Android, the system notification only shows the network speed and provides a stop option after the connection is started. When I go back and use the proxy again after visiting the directly connected site for a while, it will be invalid. I have to open hiddify again and reconnect.This is not convenient, so I want to add an option to reconnect in the notification, just like the nekoray client.
