Indicate sequences on individual bacteria

I do agree with Zelen3D, it's hard to know how many kind of bacteria are left, maybe change the color/shape as they evolve :)

Definitely worth doing as long as it doesn't give the pattern away (although maybe a hint would be a good thing). Might make the game easier (in a good way) if you could identify similar bacteria.
