If a bacterium carries a sequence that contains (but is not equal to) the sequence launched by the user, should it be destroyed? - Might make a lot of sense in the later game (allows the user to focus on more challenging sequences), but could break things in the early stages. Maybe introduce as a permanent-effect powerup?
