GPG .netrc and heroku-cli

System Version: macOS 10.12 (16A323)
I try to login with a .netrc and all is well, but I must insert data (I'm in 2fa too).
After an encryption (.netrc.gpg) and the proper git configuration, it doesn't work anymore:

$ heroku login
gpg: can't connect to the agent - trying fall back

after insert data it still fails.
