[Bug] VPN resources are not available when simplewall is enabled (applies to IKEv2 )

Steps to reproduce

System rules - IKev2/IPSEC/L2TP - checkbox on (rule moved to enabled rules)

If I connect to the servers via l2tp then everything works, but if I connect via IKE2, then the resources of the network to which I connect are unavailable.
When you disable the filters simplewall, access to the VPN network appears. It disappears when turned on simplewall. There is access for other types of VPN (l2tp, wireguard, outline).

Expected behavior

Connect to VPN and gain access to network resources

Actual behavior

The connection to the VPN occurs, but network resources are unavailable (remote servers and routers do not ping, samba shares do not open, etc.)
The request to allow network activity does not appear when starting a VPN connection (requests are enabled)
