[BUG] Cardinal vst plugin not regognized

Steps to reproduce

• install cardinal
• go to orchestra pit
• click on "scan common plugin folders"/"scan custom plugin folder" and choose folder

Expected behavior

cardinal should be shown in the plugin list

Actual behavior

the loader shows and spins until the application is clicked or sometimes when choosing the path it shows a X icon.

System info

OS: windows 11

Notes

the vst3 version of vital has the same issue, but im able to use the vst2 version.

im not able to load any of the vst versions of cardinal, i might reinstall it (tomorrow) and try if different plugin types work.

maybe related to #60 and #189
