Minimum note duration when dragging the start and end of a note is set much too long

Just downloaded the application so sorry if I'm missing something very obvious. I noticed that when changing the duration of a note by using the start and end handles, it will not let me make the note shorter than a quarter note. Considering the default note duration when you place a new note is 1/8, and that dragging a note around once it's placed snaps it to 1/16 increments, I'm guessing this is a bug.

Hi, the snap lines density depends on the zoom level - up to 1/64ths on the maximum zoom (the tallest snap lines on the timeline mean bars, the smaller ones mean beats, and the smallest are just alignment helpers)
