Changing the Password Complexity rules

Hi, I have a quick question regarding the Password Complexity report within the analytics of a job.
What are the rules for the password complexity, e.g. what is considered a password which meets or fails the complexity?
Furthermore, where is the password complexity defined and is there a way to change it?

The Complexity is based on Microsofts default setting for password complexity.
So 3 of the 4:
8 chars min
contains numbers
contains symbols
contains uppercase letters
contains lowercase letters

Its not adjustable. But i think it would make for a great feature to let the user, in settings, set that complexity criteria.
