Check wiki document for Wikipedia links and use DBpedia to reference them within SIOC content.

Please observe that http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Berlin and http://dbpedia.org/resource/Berlin are quite different things. The former is an article and the latter is a city. I can write a wiki page about how great “Berlin” the article is: how it’s well-structured and beautiful etc. And yet, I haven’t said a word about Berlin the city.
