-all command not working

Hi,
I'm trying to download a website using this program. I can download any snapshot of the website easily when I do not use the -all command, but I noticed many files written in the code are missing from the folders I was given. I wanted to use the -all command to retrieve these files, but every time I try to with any snapshot (including ones taken this week), the program tells me the website is not in the Internet Archive and there are 0 files to download. I know this is wrong since I can easily download the other files without this command.
