Playing fails 95% of the time, randomly

Describe the bug

The application starts fine but simply can not play local media. I've successfully indexed my local media (700 songs), browsing etc is just fine, however playing is broken. If I go to an album and play the first song in it, it quickly scans through the end of the album, each song's title quickly flashing in the "now playing" area, but none of them generating any sound.

To make things more interesting, this doesn't happen 100%, but 95% of the time. The other 5% of the time, playing works fine. For example, it I restart the app 20 times, approximately 19 of that playing will fail, and 1 time playing will work fine.

And it's just random, I don't have steps to reproduce.

I've tried logging, but nothing suspicious there. Logs during fail and logs during success are equivalent to each other.

P.S. I don't have any problems with my sound drivers. Actually, I'm also using mpv as my default media player without any issues.

Song should play anytime the application is started.
