There's already a pull request for Chinese-Simplified: https://forge.chapril.org/hardcoresushi/DroidFS/pulls/24
I plan to merge it soon.

Regarding support for encrypted volume located on webdav, it's pretty unlikely to be ever supported by DroidFS for previously detailed reasons: README.md, #6, #25, #225
