[Bug]: When a specific row height is set and "wordWrap" is enabled, the row height can still change dynamically based on the content.

Describe the bug

When a cell contains Chinese characters, the row height will automatically adjust to fit the content, even if a specific row height is set and "wordWrap" is enabled. However, this issue does not occur when the cell contains letters or numbers.
