描述您考虑过的解决/替代方案：
如果配置了 not null，单独判断json是否配置了 enable_blob_not_null 参数，防止旧业务异常

可参考文档,资料,引用等：

enable_blob_not_null = false
不允许blob/text/json类型置为not null
