https://hamcrest.org has a cert mismatch, not certain that this is fixable with github...

if not, I've recently migrated my site to vercel because it's free and supports certs for the root of the domain. Not trying to sell vercel just that the root of the domain should work (or redirect).

Please fix this, as this is causing issues when including Javadoc with a https URL.
Github now supports SSL for custom domains (via Let's Encrypt) directly, so you don't even have to use Cloudflare or vercel to get matching certificate

Working on this. Github is showing the domain as not properly configured for HTTPS but I can't yet find the problem. So far, I've removed a wildcard record so I'm hoping that will do it when it propagates. Any ideas welcome.
