Documented PlantUML plugin does not work

After having upgraded Reveal.JS from 3.9.2 to 4.0.0 the documented PlantUML plugin reveal-plantuml stopped working.

After having tried to diagnose the issue (not a JavaScript programmer here), I think that the issue is that the plugin is not compatible with the "New syntax for registering plugins" introduced on 4.0.0.

Am I right with the diagnose? If so, could I somehow fix it myself?

Worst case, the wiki should be updated to remove that plugin reference.
