Delete userdata when uninstalling #237

Hello,

I think it might as well delete userdata or ask users whether users want to delete these data when uninstalling this application.

Userdata means:

${USERPROFILE}\AppData\Local\hain
${USERPROFILE}\AppData\Local\hain-user
