Create gateway api to indexer serverless
Create env config to kadena testnet
Disable faucet by env
Update kadena coins
Disable NFT features
Update SDK to use graphQL queries to compute leafs
Update web workers to use GraphQL to compute utxos
Implement testnet version of front (in progress...)
