Add new tools to make SDK more agnostic by chain, and more improvements

• Improve Key derivation docs and make address smaller
• Update MerkleTree with new Service and add new functions to load leafs for Kadena or Eth
• Crate services to manage accounts -> save on cache and load new accounts by the chain
• Crate services to manage UTXOs by chain
• Refact UTXO abstractions
• create kadena helpers to make transactions on blockchain (abstract from frontend, apply on opact (after))
• create ETH helpers to make transactions on blockchain (abstract from frontend, apply on opact(after))
• Create a new readme to use our protocol
