H5PCore in Tag 1.24.4 has a missing function libraryToFolderName #139

When using for example h5p-editor in version 1.25 together with h5p-core 1.24, the editor does not work because it is expecting h5pcore to have the function libraryToFolderName which is not present there at the moment.

I ran into the same issue. I see the version 1.25.0 is already prepared for Dupral and WordPress, so I would kindly ask to officially release this version as well and populate it on packagist.
