Image hotspots not shown in fullscreen #40

To reproduce problem:

Open https://h5p.org/content-types/interactive-book
Click Read
Open in fullscreen
Navigate to blueberries
Error: there is no hotspots image on the blueberris page.
Now, if you exit fullscreen the image will be shown.
