Create a course presentation with a true / false question or a single choice question
open it and click to the ending screen without answering any question

What happens :

For a true/false question, it will show we answered false (and show a wrong icon if the answer was true, and a good icon if the answer was false ; no point will be given)
For a single choice question, it will show we answered with the first choice (if the first choice is good, it will show a good icon and give point, if the first choice isn't good it will show a wrong icon and no point will be given).
