Describe the bug

Currently credentials get dumped to stdout if --debug was applied.

To Reproduce

tubect --debug get ns

Expected behavior

Omit credentials from output.

Environment

tubee server version: [e.g. v1.0.0]
tubectl version: [e.g. v1.0.0]
client os: [e.g. Linux Mint 19.2]
client cpu architecture: [e.g. amd64]
